Run the whole tournament from your phone

Online sign-ups, every e-wallet and bank payment checked in one tap, draws in any format, an auto-filled court schedule, live scoring by umpires, match-day alerts on players’ phones and results on players’ records, for pickleball and badminton organizers.

Sign-ups that take a minute, on any phone

Players open your link, pick a division, fill in their names and get their own entry code. No account, no app to install, nothing to print.

  • Every division shows its fee, early-bird price and places left as people sign up.
  • Returning players are recognised and fill in their details with one tap.
  • Each entry gets a page of its own: its status, how to pay, its matches and a chat with you.
  • Shirt sizes, age checks and your rules and guidelines are part of the form when you need them.

Every way to pay, checked in one tap

Offer GCash, Maya, GrabPay, other e-wallets and bank transfers at the same time, by QR code or account number. Players send their receipt from their entry page; you confirm it against what arrived.

  • Choose when players pay: as they sign up (confirming the payment approves the entry) or after you approve them.
  • One receipt can pay for up to 10 entries: a player’s two divisions, their partner’s, or a whole club’s.
  • Part payments, early-bird prices, overpayments and refunds owed are all tracked per entry.
  • Money shows what has come in and who still owes, with a ready-made reminder text for each.

Draws in minutes, in any format

Single elimination, double elimination, or pools then playoffs. Seeds are spread so the strongest meet late, byes are placed for you, and placement matches follow your prizes.

  • A suggested format for every division, with how many matches each choice takes.
  • Pools with fair match order, then a playoff that fills itself in from the pool tables.
  • Tie-breaks you can reorder, from head-to-head to points difference.
  • Every result moves the winner on at once, on your screen and on the public page.

A court schedule that keeps up with the day

Set each court’s hours, then let Auto-fill place every match in playing order, with rest time between a player’s matches. Drag anything to change it.

  • Clashes are flagged: a player due on two courts, a match before the one that decides its players.
  • Running late? Mark a court’s delay and every time after it moves with it.
  • Players find their next court and time on their own entry page.
  • Spread over several days, or finish one division before the next.

Live scores, point by point, from the umpire’s phone

Umpires sign in with a 6-character code and see only their own matches. The screen tracks the serve, the score and the ends; spectators follow every point as it happens.

  • Rally or side-out scoring, any points to win, win by 1 or 2, a cap, and a longer final if you want one.
  • The server checks every result against your rules before it reaches the bracket.
  • One match at a time, in schedule order, so two courts’ results can’t get crossed.
  • No signal? The score is saved as they go and sent when the connection is back.

A tournament page that opens on each player

Players tap This is me once, or open their entry, and the page puts them first on their phone: their next match, court and time, how soon they are on, and alerts when it matters. No account, nothing to install.

  • For you: the next match in large print, a live score while they play, their pool place and the players they follow.
  • Alerts on their phone: up next on their court, on court now, a match moved, a court running late.
  • Their own page: their pool, their next opponent’s record, who they meet if they win, add to calendar and share.
  • Schedule, draws and standings mark their matches and filter to Mine.

A tournament page that looks like your event

Every tournament gets a public page with its divisions, players, brackets, schedule and standings. Pick a skin, adjust the colour, pattern and font, and share the link.

  • Dozens of skins, from classic to fiesta, seasonal and event themes.
  • Your sponsors thanked on the page, with how often they were seen and clicked.
  • Shared links show your tournament’s name, place, dates and cover image.
  • Search engines find it, on its own and on the pages for its sport and place.

One workspace for the whole event

Every part of running the tournament sits in one menu, with a tick when a step is done and a red count when something needs you. It works the same on a laptop and on your phone.

  • A setup strip that always shows the next step.
  • Co-organizers with only the sections you give them.
  • An inbox for every entry’s questions, and automatic emails as entries move along.
  • A guide one tap away from every section.

Standings, prizes and players’ records

Placings fill in as matches finish, prizes are matched to the winners, and confirming the results adds each player’s finish to their record for every tournament after.

  • Shared places handled (two semifinal losers sharing 3rd), with each getting that place’s prize.
  • Results you can copy and post in one go.
  • Players’ past results and levels help you place them in the right division next time.
  • Reopen results if something needs correcting; the records follow.
